IDEMIA seeking Vice President Sales

“VP Sales works closely with the SVP BD to develop and execute the Federal and Commercial sales strategy to drive significant growth.  Manage the federal and commercial sales team and work across all North American business lines to drive growth. Performance evaluations will be based on individual and team success in:  

  • Building, managing, mentoring an effective team  
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline  
  • Serving as a player coach leading sales efforts on large strategic deals across federal and commercial  
  • Winning business – aggressively growing the business  
  • Asses the current state of sales for federal and commercial and transform people, processes and procedure  
  • Building and leading a strong and effective sales team  
  • Serving as a player coach for larger strategic deals…”  

“Required Experience  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field  
  • 10+ years of related experience  
  • Detailed knowledge of the Federal contracting process and demonstrated working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) …”
