VA to modify contract for Cloud Solutions and Engineering Support to meet COVID-19 demand

Solicitation Number: 36C10B18F2869

Contract Award Number: GS-35F-032DA

The purpose of the subject modification is to incorporate changes to the Cloud Support Services requirements outlined in Performance Work Statement (PWS) section 5.2 by increasing the level of support to operationalize and refine the VA Enterprise Cloud (VAEC) Health Assessment process to analyze production and pre-production systems and applications migrating to or hosted in the VAEC Amazon Web Services (AWS) GovCloud and the VAEC Microsoft Azure Government (MAG) environments for the remainder of the contract specifically, the remainder of Option Period One and all of Option Period Two. This modification is a necessary to complete increased requirements due to COVID-19 pandemic to enable ECSO to provide migration and cloud funding status of systems/application migration to or hosted in the VAEC. The current level of Cloud Support Services and VAEC health assessments provided by the Contractor under this TO is not sufficient to successfully support the increased pace of COVID-19 reporting requirements.

The proposed action is a modification of the contract with IronArch Technology.

IronArch is currently providing VA with CSS and is utilizing its proprietary CloudKey tool.
