The National Institutes of Health – NICHD intends to procure the services of a contractor to provide BioInformatics and Statistics and Machine Learning Toolboxes, including one year Software maintenance Service.
This proposed procurement is for a service for which the government has already solicited and some vendors responded with their quotes. However, we intend to post for another 10 days to see if there are other potential vendors for future acquisitions. In order to comply with the requirements in this Special Notice, the responses should be based on our interpretation of the general requirements provided below. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations.
