The contractor shall provide services for program management and administrative support for the RCP programs to include: Caregiver Support; Transition of Care Interagency Support System (currently implementing the Department of Defense –Case Management System (DOD-CMS)); Education and Employment Initiative (E2I); Operation Warfighter (OWF) Internships; the National Resource Directory (NRD); Military Adaptive Sports Program (MASP); and Warrior Games coaching support. Administrative and programmatic support includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Operational monitoring, evaluation, and documentation of program performance, coordination with internal and external organizations and federal agencies to synchronize and expand services and dissemination of program information.
- Studies, data analysis, and analytical reporting.
- Administrative support to include meeting planning and coordination, mail services, maintaining rosters, and suspense logs.
- Provide instructional guidance to Recovery Care Coordinators to access the Transition of Care Interagency Support System (currently implementing the Department of Defense –Case Management System (DOD-CMS)), to support the transition of care.
