The contractor shall provide general project management and administrative support to the IM and T. This support shall include, but not be limited to planning, scheduling, and necessary coordination of activities internal to the IM and T consisting of on-site Lead duties and Administrative Support. For on-site lead support of this effort:
The contractor shall assist the COR in the development of annual spend plans for contract staff execution.
The contractor shall provide weekly metrics (outlined in the attached Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan). Capability and Requirements Management Directorate (C and RM) of IM and T. C and RM is a critical link between the business owner and the DHA. C and RM will help ensure IT and non-IT domain gaps are addressed, and the functional voice is heard in the acquisition process for IT. C and RM will also help to insure that the voice of the “functional” community leads the integration of new IT into the workplace, and helps to achieve a more efficient and integrated HIT environment in support of the integrated MHS.
The GL will serve in the role as the capability manager. The purpose of the Capability Manager (CM) is to represent and liaise with the functional communities and users in the processes necessary for managing the HIT portfolio Resource Management and Communication Directorate (RM and C) of IM and T. The Resource Management and Communications Directorate Director provides tasking, oversight, and delivery of all RM and C work products; manages the Division’s support contracts; and is accountable for Navy Medicine BAG4 budget formulation and management, strategic planning and workforce development. RM and C, with support and coordination from all other Directorate directorates, will lead all strategic planning initiatives for IM and TIM and T. RM and C assures all policy documents released by the directorate are of sufficient quality and consistent in message. RM and C also oversees and manages the IM and TIM and T resources for Navy Medicine.
