NIH IT Services Management leader departs takes new challenge in DC

Bob Morse will bring the perspective he gained providing strategic direction and oversight for a broad portfolio of IT services to the NIH community of more than 40,000 people and 100 laboratories and facilities nationwide to his new role as Director of Infrastructure Services for the Government of the District of Columbia’s Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO). Bob’s experience includes network and infrastructure services, business analytics and data warehousing, unified communication and collaboration tools, and end user support.  The District of Columbia’s OCFO is an independent agency whose mission is to enhance the fiscal and financial stability, accountability, and integrity of the Government of the District of Columbia.

Prior roles include:

  • Director, Office of IT Services Management – The National Institutes of Health
  • Chief, Cloud Technology and Hosting Office – Administrative Office of the United States Courts
  • Chief, Technology Management Services Division – Administrative Office of the United States Courts
