The contractor shall provide services for program management and administrative support for the DES and SCAADL programs.
- General Office Management Services. Coordinate staff actions, events, and activities to support the daily operations of the DHA office located in Arlington, VA.
- Mail/Distribution & General Office Supplies Services.
- Operate a reception desk and receive visitors and callers. Maintain a visitor log. Escort visitors as necessary.
- Maintain a suspense log (both electronic and manual) for routine and non-routine correspondence, reports, and internal actions and provide a summary report to each of the Government directors by the first business day of each week.
- Records Management. Oversee the maintenance of office files and record keeping in accordance with National Records Management Program (NRMP) Direcitve M-12-18.
- Policy review, development, and integration. Analyze Military Department DES and SCAADL program compliance with DoD strategic and operational policies, procedures, and other forms of guidance.
