HHS to award Cyber Security Escape Room contract

“The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Acquisitions Management Services (AMS), Program Support Center (PSC) intends to negotiate a sole source award in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12 and 13, to Living Security for the procurement of Cyber Security Escape rooms.”

“The Cyber Security Escape rooms will provide HHS personnel with a hands on training tool that teaches reinforcement of actionable habit forming Cybersecurity risk based on best practices. Living Security’s escape room trainings are a uniquely interactive and hands on way of educating and training employees on security awareness concepts during a team experience. It fosters team building skills, critical thinking and problem solving that facilitates a deeper understanding and retention of training material that is presented. Living Security’s Escape Room is customized to the security tenants and risks that customer wishes to focus on. Living Security’s proprietary process of escape room development begins with an understanding of the cyber risks and threats that clients’ cyber security personnel are most concerned about. These can range from phishing, or leaving sensitive documentation out, to espionage and the insider threat.”
