C-HIT seeking Chief Transformation Officer and EVP of Growth

“High Level Responsibilities:   

  • Responsible for leading the Corporate Business and Technology Transformation initiatives, including introduction of new and governance of existing innovative processes, solutions, best practices, tools and technologies, as well as adoption, productization, optimization, and automation across the organization.  
  • Report directly to Chief Operating Officer (COO) and manage Enterprise Transformation Practice Center (ETPC), that consist of Cybersecurity, Identity Management (IDM), Digital Services, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI/ML/DL), DevOps, Agile, and other IT areas, by providing oversight of project and solution architects, technologists, and technical team leads.   
  • Maintain personal and direct involvement in planning and executing all Transformation efforts and empower organization management and technical personnel through implementation of better governance controls, industry best practices, transparency in communications, defining technical and architectural standards, frameworks, and using leading collaboration approaches, AI, and data analytics    
  • Provide thought leadership and support during the strategic planning, business development, program delivery, and identification and creation of new corporate capabilities, including – IT Governance and Management, Collaboration Platform, supporting PMO/QMO, and introducing operational efficiencies…” 

“As CTO: Act as an orchestrator of strategic business transformation initiatives. Responsible for making the day-to-day decisions and implementing those initiatives through leadership, innovation, and collaboration:  

  • In collaboration with executive management, identify 3+ year strategic goals and plans to achieve them  
  • Act as the face of the transformation, set the tone, spur enthusiasm, and lead the transformation efforts … “

“As CTO: Digitalization, Automation and integrations: Identify, analyze, promote Integration and implementation of new business processes and its technologies throughout the organization and for company’s clients:   

  • Lead the identification of new and innovative business and technology processes and solutions  
  • Develop and maintain a knowledgebase repository of new and leading processes and solutions…”

“As CTO: Establish a formal technology management framework with clearly defined goals, scope, processes, membership, and roles and responsibilities for Enterprise Transformation Practice Center (ETPC): 

  • In collaboration with executive management, develop a formal ETPC Charter and oversight its implementation…”

“As EVP of Growth: Establish/improve and provide oversight of organizational growth, business development organization (people, tools, processes and deliverables) including opportunity identification, capture planning, bid reviews, go/no go decisions, resource allocation, roles and responsibilities, and proposal reviews:   

  • Oversee bid validation process and ensure the pipeline realism   
  • Develop strategies for improving the visibility into, and reporting for, proposal status at any given time…”
