“High Level Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading the Corporate Business and Technology Transformation initiatives, including introduction of new and governance of existing innovative processes, solutions, best practices, tools and technologies, as well as adoption, productization, optimization, and automation across the organization.
- Report directly to Chief Operating Officer (COO) and manage Enterprise Transformation Practice Center (ETPC), that consist of Cybersecurity, Identity Management (IDM), Digital Services, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI/ML/DL), DevOps, Agile, and other IT areas, by providing oversight of project and solution architects, technologists, and technical team leads.
- Maintain personal and direct involvement in planning and executing all Transformation efforts and empower organization management and technical personnel through implementation of better governance controls, industry best practices, transparency in communications, defining technical and architectural standards, frameworks, and using leading collaboration approaches, AI, and data analytics
