The Contractor shall provide task management, software licenses, battery management, wireless temperature sensor recalibration, Centrak maintenance support, Intelligent InSites maintenance support, RTLS server support, preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, adaptive maintenance, software and hardware updates and customer support. Options shall also be provided for F5 load balancer licenses and maintenance, perfective maintenance and training.
For RTLS Task Management, the Contractor shall:
Manage the RTLS Sustainment work effort and provide the following information in the Maintenance Activity Report. These reports shall convey the status of Contract performance. A standard format will be provided by VA and shall be utilized for submission of required information. Required information includes:
- All Maintenance Scheduled
- All Maintenance Activity Logs
- Any Known Significant Issues or Risks
- A Summary of All Closed and Completed Items
- All Prior Month Performance Metrics
Provide and operate in accordance with a Staffing Plan and Roster that represent the level of staffing support necessary to accomplish the technical, administrative, managerial, logistical, integration and financial requirements specified in this contract.

For RTLS software license management, the Contractor shall
Receive from the VA CMOP, all software media and licenses required for the execution of RTLS and employ them as necessary to maintain the operations of the RTLS systems.
Validate the list of software licenses for all software products in use for the RTLS system and/or identified in this TO, electronically maintain all necessary documentation for software licenses, and plan for all subsequent software license renewals…
