Patrick Conway, armed with perspective gained serving as CMS’ chief medical officer, deputy administrator for Innovation and Quality, and director of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation, where he helped lead the transition to value-based care, takes on a new challenge as a Senior Executive in Residence with Optum. Patrick also recently served as the CEO of a major Health insurer.
