RTI adds CMS National Implementation of the Outpatient and Ambulatory Surgery CAHPS (OAS CAHPS) Survey contract

RTI has been awarded a 5-year contract to support the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers & Systems survey. RTI is an independent, nonprofit research institute dedicated to improving the human condition, whose clients in Government, academia, and the private sector use its research to inform and transform interactions with and use of health care systems. The contract valued at $8M was awarded using the GSA Professional Services Schedule (PSS).
