“This position is located in Network Services, Office of IT Services Management (ITSM), Center for Information Technology (CIT).”
Responsibilities:
- Serves as the Chief of Network Services, and is responsible for providing management, leadership, direction, coordination and day-to-day guidance for the Network Services Team.
- Provide integrated planning, management, and strategy across all network services, including wireless. cellular, security functions, remote access and VPN.
- Advises Director, Deputy Director and senior staff on all aspects of the Center’s services.
- Ensures secure and reliable operational availability of all IT infrastructure and related services 24 hours a day.
- Manages continuity of operations during emergencies.
- Manages the planning, execution, operation and assessment of the Center for Information Technology (CIT) Information Technology services.
