Procedures used in awarding the contract will utilize FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15 – Contracting by Negotiation in the solicitation. The current anticipated award date is no later than September 30, 2020. Solicitation will be made available electronically through the Governmentwide Point of Entry. The solicitation is estimated to be released appx. January 7, 2020. However, this is a commercial acquisition, and the solicitation may be released before or after January 7, 2020.
