“The NAVSUP, Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392, intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Contract for the continued support services for Information Management (IM) and Information Technology (IT) in accordance with the Naval Medical Research Center’s (NMRC) specifications to Kapsuun Group, LLC. as an Alaskan Native Organization 8(a) direct award. The contract is for a base year period plus three (3) one-year option periods. The period of performance is from 01 December 2019 through 30 November 2023 if all options are exercised. NMRC currently has three locations, Silver Springs, MD, Bethesda, MD, and Fort Detrick, MD. The applicable NAICS is 541513. The size standard is $27.5 million.
The contract requires the contractor to provide support services to NMRC to meet all conditions and agreements contained in the Performance Work Statement included in the Request for Proposal (RFP), N0018920R0002. Contract Number N0018920P0011 was awarded on 22 November 2019 to Kapsuun Group, LLC. in the amount of $2,189,606.40.”
