VA s Office of Information Technology (OIT) is looking to enable cross-organizational integration of people, programs, and initiatives to make OIT a more effective service delivery organization. In an effort to deliver increasing value to the Veteran, OIT is establishing a Strategic Coordination Council (SCC) to facilitate synergistic collaboration across all OIT Functional areas.
The projected VA IT Program Integration (IPTI) will assist VA in establishing and operating the SCC to provide program integrated oversight and management of the entire IT lifecycle (from inception to decommissioning) to; increase reuse, reduce duplication, and advance achievement of strategic goals and objectives.
ITPI will be a partnership between VA and the Contractor to define and coordinate standardized, repeatable program integration decision-making processes and capabilities that align with existing VA governance and management processes.
