After the successful DoD implementation, the VA chose to sole source a $10B contract to Cerner which Joe was again requested and selected to lead the acquisition, contract negotiations and strategy for implementation with the TAC and VA. Joe’s product development and delivery expertise will complement Liberty’s popular IT Service offerings and enable them to penetrate new markets with their exclusive product offerings like WellHive.”
