Damon Davis, a former health data innovator at the Department of Health & Human Services, Office of the Secretary, Chief Technology Officer’s (CTO) Office, whose experience included advancing the use of public sector data by developing strategic communications, expanding the catalog of open data on HealthData.gov, and engaging audiences through data-driven storytelling, has taken on a new role as Director with MetaPhase Consulting, an IT and Management Consultancy serving Federal Government clients through expertise in requirements, system implementations, communications, change management, training, and data analytics.
