IDEMIA seeking Federal Healthcare Business Development Director

“The Business Development Director, Federal Healthcare is responsible for business development and, sales pipeline development, as well as targeted gross margin acquisition at the time of sale or on an incremental commitment basis. Business Development Director is also responsible for all domains of customer satisfaction, and has a shared responsibility with the associated account PM for delivery success within the targeted customer.”

  • “Responsible for achieving assigned growth revenue numbers and targeted incremental gross margin
  • Define market opportunities within area of responsibility
  • Collaborate with the account leader to establish and track pipeline and account plan activities and projections
  • Responsible for strategic and tactical account plans, for incremental sales (plus ups and add-ons), for strategic extensions within existing base, and for winning new accounts
  • Act as single point of contact by for executives within assigned customer base, and partner with the PMs at all times
  • Represent all domains of IDEMIA to the customer base within their area of responsibility…”

“Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT Management. Masters or MBA preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in direct sales, business development Working with Federal Healthcare customer acquisition
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles, and multiple product lines
  • Proven experience exceeding yearly sales targets greater than $10 M and a track record of growing revenue in the area of responsibility
  • Experience with long sales cycles (1 to 3+ years)
  • Proven track record of developing deep relationships with C-level and key business line executives…”
