Beating out one other bidder ThunderCat has been awarded a 1-year ServiceNow License renewal task with VA. The task was awarded using NASA SEWP V.
Based on market research, as described in Section 8 of this document, it was determined that limited competition is available among resellers of the aforementioned brand name software licenses and Customer Success package. The ServiceNow tool was selected via a competitive procurement under the NASA SEWP V GWAC in September of 2017 and is comprised of an integrated suite of ServiceNow applications that are built upon ServiceNow’s proprietary platform.
