The U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA), Office of Acquisitions and Grants Services (OAGS), is conducting market research for Personal Property Management Office (PPMO) support services.
The purpose of this requirement is to obtain Contractor services to provide PPMO support services. PPMO support services include providing client server support, annual inventory services, IT and administrative support services and asset management services for the FDA’s property management and fleet management activities.
The scope of work for this effort is to provide Information Technology Services and Administrative support for FDA’s Property Management and Fleet Management activities. If exercised, this also includes Optional Asset Management Services. The contractor shall provide quality assurance IT and Administrative Support with Optional Asset Management Services during core business hours (8AM EST until 4PM ET).
The IT and Administrative Support services include:
- audit compliance,
- capital asset quality assurance,
- program analytics creation and distribution to FDA Centers,
- annual inventory coordination,
- password resets,
- system application training and guidance,
- initiating new end-user accounts and set up,
- user access review,
