James Caballero, whose experience includes leading a multi-disciplinary project management team to facilitate the first medical logistics rotation in the region worth over $7.5 million in medical materiel; executing a $15 million operational budget with multiple outside agencies to facilitate the pre-positioning of a 150 bed medical facility; and supporting DHA by coordinating over $30 million in service contracts as Program Manager for the BlackBerry Enterprise Services, has taken on a new role as Sr. Project Manager with Northrop Grumman.
