USAMRAA to award contract for Enterprise Laboratory Information System (ELIMS) support to Abbott Informatics

Re: Solicitation Number: W81XWH-19-Q-0252

The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to issue a single source award to Abbott Informatics. The total award amount is estimated to be $2,428,309.00. This new requirement is for the purpose of defining the terms and conditions under which Technical Support, Maintenance and Software Upgrades will be provided by Abbott Informatics Inc. in technical support of the STARLIMS software application deployed throughout the Army Public Health Enterprise laboratories at the following location:

  1. Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland
  2. Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Germany
  3. Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Texas
  4. Camp Zama, Japan
