“Responsibilities
- Work with other members of Executive Management Team to develop enterprise-wide recruiting initiatives that enhance the organization’s ability to attract, assess, on-board and retain the best talent while increasing our veteran hires.
- Lead, coach and manage the TA team, ensuring clear goals and accountabilities are established and achieved.
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment for multiple positions simultaneously for professional, management-level positions as well as non-exempt positions.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers, determining and implementing recruitment strategies.

“Qualifications
- At least five (5) years of experience managing a team of recruiters
- At least three (3) years of experience administering Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) solutions, preferably iCIMS
- Experience managing recruitment metrics, reporting, and dashboards
