The contractor shall provide coordinated and comprehensive program and project management support services. The program management support services consist of two categories: Project management assistance for projects within the VAAA and centralized Office of the Chancellor program management office (PMO) support.
Project management services to assist government project managers in the following types of activities:
- Data driven feasibility studies that address Academy issues to determine viability of alternatives to solve business needs
- Data Management including program related financial modeling, forecasting, PPBE, and analysis, data entry and data analysis that captures 5 (five) schools and ESS PMO data
- Scheduling and requirements management including research, requirements planning, development and verification for Academy projects and programs
- Risk Management including risk identification, quantification, monitoring and control
- Project Management Planning including creation of plans such as human resource, communications, cost, process improvement, staff management, and quality management plans to meet Academy needs…
