The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order to Health Care Cost Institute, 1100 G Street NW, Suite 600, Washington DC, for a project entitled “access to the HCCI database for testing an approved hypothesis ” which is for a one year license subscription for data access to HCCI and two additional Option Years.
This requirement is intended as a sole source procurement because the SNL software license will be used to help CMS track the Marketplace premium stabilization programs, the financial stability of Marketplace, enrollment trends in Medicaid and the commercial market, and financial trends in Medicaid and Medicare Advantage.
