Visual Connections celebrates Mentor Protégé Program graduates

Visual Connections (VC) is proud to announce the graduation of its first group of Mentor Protégé Program participants. A ceremony was held to acknowledge the outstanding achievements of nine companies that participated in the Mentor Protégé Program.

VC’s innovative six-month mentoring program provided useful knowledge, lessons learned, and proven tips to the nine small businesses from around the MD/DC/VA area. Under the direction of VC’s CEO, Frederick Deese, and his executive staff, the small business mentees received developmental assistance in business and technical areas to support them in expanding their capabilities.

The companies that participated in the program were:

Code 360
End2End Technical Solutions, Inc.
Isotopz, LLC
iSquare, LLC
nDemand Consulting Services, LLC
QMS Consulting
Saridyn, LLC
Sonora & Associates, LLC
Theta, LLC

Emmanuel Iroanya, Managing Member of Theta said, “The Mentoring Program that Fred and the team at Visual Connections put us through for the last 6 months was a great success. In a GovCon IT world, where seemingly every piece of information can be Googled, or listened to on a Podcast, there is still some knowledge that can only be gained through experience and the physical/oral sharing of those experiences. This mentorship program is the best example of that I have had in my journey to grow my business.”

“Giving back by sharing my knowledge and experience is what makes a successful business,” said Fred Deese. “Looking forward, I am planning along with my team the second Visual Connections’ Mentor Protégé Program to begin in September 2019.”
