GDIT seeking NIH Portfolio Leader

“You will apply program management techniques to ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery of products and ensure compliance with all contract requirements. You will also act as liaison between the NIH and GDIT to identify and manage reach-back support for new technical requirements and subject matter expertise as needed.” 

“RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS: 

  • Identify and win executable business for NIH clients through applying expertise in the business development life cycle; from opportunity identification through shaping, capture and proposal, and contract startup and execution. 
  • Leverage senior-level leadership and extensive NIH relationships. 
  • Use experience with capture and business development while leveraging functional expertise to build addressable market and increased technical solutions development work. 
  • Lead complex negotiations with industry partners to build teams supporting large complex procurements…” 

“Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Bachelors degree and 10 years related experience 
  • Minimum of five years experience supporting the NIH in either project management and/or capture management capacities 
  • Experience with leading business development activities 
  • Experience with managing multiple projects, including adjusting to shifting priorities and solving problems quickly…”
