DHA awards $21M contract to maintain Electronic Prescription Solution

Change Healthcare has been awarded an 8 ½ year contract with DHA to maintain an electronic prescribing solution that receives and translates electronic prescriptions from civilian providers and routes the translated prescriptions to the appropriate military treatment facility. The work will be required on a gradually decreasing basis until the Government is in a position to meet this requirement under MHS GENESIS. The contract was awarded using IT-70.
