(NYSE: PRSP), a leading U.S. government services provider, announced today that it was awarded a prime contract from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to continue providing maintenance and support for the Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA), the agency’s electronic health records (EHR) system. The follow-on contract has a one-year base and four, one-year options with a potential ceiling value of $155 million, if all options are exercised.”
