The U.S. Food & Drug Administration, Office of Acquisition and Grant Services, is looking for electronic / digital tools and/or applications to support source selections of competitive acquisitions. This solution should accomplish the following:
- Efficiently manages and provides a clear structure for the source selection process and schedule; to include the review of technical and business proposals / quotations.
- Supports source selection for competitive procurements, to include: FAR Parts 8, 12, 13, and 15 acquisitions, as well as FAR Part 25 and Broad Agency Announcements….
