Michael Holmes, whose prior experience includes managing the Innovations and Information Technology research portfolios for the Air Force Medical Service (AFMS) and managing the Operational Medical (Theater) acquisition activities within the DHMSM and JOMIS PMOs, has taken on a new role with Emerge Solutions Group where he will Support the Deputy Assistant Director for Financial Operations (DAD-FO), Defense Health Agency (DHA) with the congressional directed Transition of Military Treatment Facilities from Service to DHA operational control.
