SAMHSA requires a contractor to provide logistical support services for support of contract technical merit reviews, which is administered by DCM.

Objectives
- The Contractor shall provide administrative, technical, and logistical support services in the organization, planning, and administration of SAMHSA’s extramural activities and peer review program. In addition, the Contractor shall provide administrative support services and summary writing support services for the objective reviews.
- The Contractor shall provide full-time staff to perform contract closeout administrative support services.
