“Atlas Research is seeking an experienced consultant to provide business development and strategic support services to federal civilian clients. This candidate will work with subject matter experts to identify client needs and develop solutions. Applicants should have knowledge of healthcare operations, specifically within and across both the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and/or Veterans Administration (VA).
The Principal will provide thought leadership, high-level advice, and strategic direction to Atlas leadership in making decisions regarding the mission and work scope of the corporate, and particularly APP, portfolio. The Principal will be highly knowledgeable and experienced in the areas of early childhood systems and education; human services; program implementation; quality measurement and improvement; policy analysis; evaluation and assessment; and knowledge translation. This position requires outstanding leadership, management and interpersonal/engagement skills, and understanding of client, Federal, researcher, and provider perspectives.”
