HMS seeks lead for CMS Account Management

HMS is “seeking a talented individual for a Sr. Director of Account Management who is responsible for the successful delivery and development of HMS Federal services to multiple clients within a specific Federal Agency. Has overall responsibility for managing portfolio of contracts for a Federal Agency. Responsible for relationship management with key stakeholders, revenue generation, and overall client satisfaction. Responsible for agency level strategy, organizational planning, and risk management.” 

  • “Oversees the management and delivery of Federal services to a specific Agency. 
  • Effectively plans, develops, and leads full P&L for Federal services for a specific Agency. 
  • Effectively leads personnel to ensure high performance, efficiency, and quality. 
  • Develops strong relationships at all levels, but especially with key HMS and client executives…” 

“Minimum Related Work Experience: 

  • 8 years of account management and business development experience required with experience in one of the following areas desired: 
  • Federal Health Programs 
  • Health insurance 
  • Client service/business to business 
  • Healthcare policy 
  • Industry with high level of compliance (e.g. Finance) 
  • 5 years’ experience directly leading and managing teams desired 
  • 5 years’ experience leading and growing a P&L of over $30M desired…”
