Initiate Government Solutions, LLC, a health IT services company, today announced that its IT Health Services Group has been appraised at level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)® for Services. The appraisal was performed by The Process Company, LLC and the official results can be found here.
An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates that the organization is performing at a “defined” level. A CMMI level 3 rating indicates that processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in IGS’ standards, procedures, tools, and methods.
