Ipsos Public Affairs awarded $5M VA Access to Care Assessment Task

Ipsos Public Affairs was recently awarded a $5M, 3-year contract (base and two options) to conduct the VA Access to Care Mystery Shopping Assessment under which it will be working with the VA’s Product Effectiveness group.

The Ipsos team is joined by Rios Partners, an SDVOSB, as well as Ipsos’ commercial Mystery Shopping team, which supports Fortune 100 clients such as Google and Nike.

Ipsos currently supports data collection and recruitment for the VA Million Veteran Program, and holds a single award $100M BPA to conduct patient experience surveys, data analyses, and advisory services in support of clinical and CX improvement across all VA medical centers.
