Federal Health IT Leader, PSI, bolsters cyber and data technical capabilities with acquisition of KINEX

“Planned Systems International, Inc. (PSI) is pleased to announce that it has acquired KINEX, Inc., a company in business for over 20 years providing mission-critical technology, modeling and simulation, software development, cybersecurity and data solutions to the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Communities. This acquisition expands PSI’s current contract and customer base, adding critical cyber and data technical capabilities to strengthen the company’s service offerings to its federal, state, local and commercial clients.”
