Implement and direct a SAMHSA IT Governance structure that governs the planning, acquisition and management of the organization’s IT resources and services.
Oversee the organization’s IT participation in inter- and intra-agency workgroups and committees and serve as the SAMHSA CIO, on the HHS CIO Council, HHS Domain and the HHS/OCIO/ITIO User Council.
