NIH issues presolicitation notice of recompete for Logistical Support Services

Through the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) Office of Acquisition (OA), the National Institute on Mental Health (NIMH), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), intends to recompete requirements that have been fulfilled under the 8(a) Program and are currently performed by The Bizzell Group and Longevity Consulting, LLC for Logistical Meeting/Conference Support for the National Institute Mental Health Divisions/Offices.

“The contractor shall, independently and not as an agent of the Government, furnish all necessary services, qualified personnel, materials, equipment and facilities, not otherwise provided by the Government, to provide logistical support services for meetings and conferences on a scheduled, and as needed, basis for the NIMH. The contractor must be able to provide recurring services for meetings and conferences that vary in size and complexity.”

“This requirement will support all conference/meeting-related activities from the early planning stages to finalizing all the pre-conference/meeting details, including, but not limited to, potential last-minute changes, oversight, support and staffing of meetings/conferences, conclusion and post meeting/conference activities, and maintaining close interaction and communications with the NIMH COR throughout the process.”

The solicitation is expected to be released on or about August 2018.

Responses are due by June 29, 2018.
