NIH Director Dr. Francis Collins touted each of the research centers studies and how results from them could help thousands of patients with various illnesses and diseases in the future. Senator Roy Blunt (R-MO) chaired the hearing while Senator Patty Murray (D-WA) served as the ranking member.”
