General Dynamics awarded $31M contract to Provide Contact Center Support to the CDC

“General Dynamics Information Technology…was awarded a contract to provide contact center support by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). The single-award task order contract has a potential value of approximately $31 million for a one-year base period with four option years.”

“Under the contract, General Dynamics will deliver a multi-channel, multi-lingual contact center, provide facilities and equipment and perform technology integration and testing. Additionally, the company will assist the CDC in disseminating public health and safety information to the general public, healthcare providers and federal partners…”
