Senior Capture Manager
“The Senior Capture Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end capture and proposal efforts. This includes analyzing the draft RFP/SOW, developing, and implementing formal capture plans, and orchestrating, along with other team members, all capture activities during the proposal phase and post-submittal activities. The Senior Capture Manager will assist in defining capture team resource requirements and costs associated with bids. They will also perform formal, but rapid assessment of corporate/team capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses and is responsible for the development of win themes, differentiators, price to win targets and will coordinate with other capture and corporate support teams (e.g., finance/pricing, marketing, human resources/staffing). The Senior Capture Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Capture and will work closely with our Chief Growth Officer, other VPs, senior technical SMEs.
Duties will involve full life cycle capture management including managing the opportunity assessment process, assisting with bid/no bid decisions, assist in building relationships with key partners, designing and executing a winning proposal strategy.
