RFI: DHA posts Fully Operational Hosting Facility requirement – JOMIS PMO

“Through this RFI, the JOMIS PMO seeks ideas, comments, and information from the public that will assist as it develops a path forward that will most effectively achieve the objectives of having a reliable hosting facility. Responses must comprehensively address capability areas delineated below in addition to providing any relevant information necessary for the Government in determining if the opportunity exists for Continuity of Operations (COOP) in the event of a disaster or catastrophic failure of Government Systems.

The JOMIS PMO is interested in responses to the following questions. Respondents are encouraged to review the questions and include responses in their submissions.

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS:

  1. Describe the hosting facility and location (state, county, and city) where the service provider data center(s) is located.
  2. Describe when this facility was certified to operate and process DoD unclassified and classified data. Provide information about Authority to Operate (ATO) certification

information for any system/application hosted at your facility. Describe, if any, the Uptime Institute Tier ratings and other industry certifications of the listed data center(s).
