“MindFinders is seeking a seasoned Program Manager for large ID/IQ contracts supporting our Health IT Practice for CMS, HRSA, and NIH. In addition, the Program Manager will support ID/IQ contracts for all facets of CMS SPARC and NIH CIO-SP3.
Responsibilities –
- Provide program management expertise, strategies and mentoring to Federal Program and Project Managers on project management disciplines including performance, cost and schedule
- Act as Task Order Lead in the management and delivery of task order requirements, providing scope, schedule and financial management and required task order status reporting
- Mentor team members and work with subcontractors as an integrated team
- Identify, document and track issues and risks along with proposed mitigation and remediation options to resolve impacts to project schedule, cost and implementation
