Leverage knowledge of how to develop and implement a large-scale complex IT deployment for the Cerner Electronic Health Record (EHR). Apply experience with working in go-live and sustainment environments to developing and driving major transformational changes across cultures, structures, and operations. Provide expertise to support clients in comprehending complex business changes and convey changes to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner. Assess existing strategies or products and apply industry best practices and innovative solutions to further optimize implementation activities, including enhancing client communication channels and the delivery of targeted materials. Lead tasks to create change communication and training materials, anticipate and identify opportunities for the project team to enhance client delivery, and support work with senior clients. Provide thought leadership in creating healthcare EHR implementation solutions and intellectual capital, support business development initiatives, and participate in marketing activities, including whitepapers, proposals, and capability briefings. Build expertise in the areas of management consulting and staff mentoring.
