VA Office of Information and Technology seeks Executive Director, Enterprise Portfolio Management

The Executive Director for Enterprise Portfolio Management is a full time position that reports to the Deputy Assistant Secretary, Enterprise Program Management Office, Office of Information and Technology.

This position is located in Washington, DC.

The Executive Director works with a virtual workforce and matrixed government resources. The organization uses a portfolio-based staffing approach and staff are assigned to programs and projects based on organizational priorities.

VA structures its SES positions into pay bands. This is a pay band 3 position and the salary range is $124,406 to $172,100.

Duties

The Executive Director for Enterprise Portfolio Management reports directly to the Deputy Assistant Secretary, Enterprise Program Management Office who provides assignments in terms of broad Departmental and VA-related goals and objectives. The Executive Director is a visionary and an execution-oriented implementer responsible for leading the coordination, scheduling, resource allocation, management and implementation of Enterprise-wide IT projects.
