CMS SPARC and CIO-SP3 SB Prime, Blue Canopy, seeks Health IT Growth Exec

Blue Canopy Group, LLC is looking for an HHS and CMS focused Healthcare IT Business Development leader in Woodlawn, MD.

The ideal candidate will have intimate knowledge of CMS programs, the HHS EPLC and CMS XLC lifecycle, understand and navigate the SPARC contracting vehicle and procedures, as well as be a thought leader with respect to program pursuit, proposals, win themes, technical discriminators, solutions providers and pricing. The ideal candidate will bring CMS and HHS relationships, have experience successfully identifying, qualifying, pursuing, and capturing CMS business.

Responsibilities:

Create, maintain, and execute strategic HHS and CMS SPARC account plans – to include market analysis and competitor assessments, timing of opportunities, and probability of wining and team arrangements.

Build and maintain business partner and customer relationships throughout the HHS OPDIVs

Participate in key industry groups related to HHS and CMS.

Coordinates, as necessary, teaming discussions, agreements and negotiations.

Leads priority pursuits to closure.
