Northrop Grumman Health Solutions is looking for a senior clinician with field command experience in theater for the military’s integrated health services support system for our warfighters. The ideal candidate will have responsibility for developing and implementing key strategies for military health. The individual must have knowledge of all echelons within the continuum of care, spanning casualty on the battlefield to care provided in facilities within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside contiguous United States (OCONUS).
The candidate must have direct experience in areas such as tactical and operational medical planning, medical education and training, force modernization / RDT&E, medical logistics, and force health protection in a lead role and understand the business workflow and process flow requirements. An understanding of the MHS legacy theater system environments (e.g., Theater Medical Information Program – Joint [TMIP-J]) is also highly desired. Knowledge of patient movement, Joint Staff and coalition operations would be considered a plus.
Basic Qualifications: 14 years of experience in military health or related field with a Bachelor’s Degree, 12 years with a Masters, 9 years with a PhD.
Educated in medical sciences or health-related field
