JD Power and Associates to add VA Growth Executive

The Role: You will have the responsibility of leading the design, execution and delivery of our proprietary research program at the U.S. Dept of Veterans Affairs and other Government practice accounts. Primary duties include developing and designing client facing deliverables, reports and presentations for all syndicated, proprietary and tracking projects. In addition you will support the Government Practice Lead in business development activities. Finally, you will be responsible for the methodological rigor, adherence to mandated standards and the design of our Government syndicated, proprietary and tracking projects.

The Impact: As Program Director, you will act as an internal/external spokesperson for J.D. Power Analysis and Methodology (client meetings, media interactions, internal presentations) and be well-versed on Office of Management and Budget Standards and Guidelines for Statistical Surveys. You will be an active voice during on-site client presentations in collaboration with practice and sales teams, and assist in the development of white papers, written reports, and other thought-leadership pieces. You will work to address complex, client-driven issues and create class-leading deliverables that support the core J.D. Power objective to have the best analysts producing the best products and services.
